Mt. Rose Highway
Our first development priority is a project which we hope to develop on an 88-acre parcel of land on the southwest corner of South Virginia/Old U.S. 395 and Mt. Rose Highway, directly across from The Summit Sierra lifestyle retail center.
At this location, we intend to build a world-class entertainment destination similar in quality to our Green Valley Ranch Resort in Henderson, Nevada (www.gvrstyle.com) that will feature amenities designed to appeal to both local residents and those who live throughout the region. Although we are still in the planning stages, the amenities we are considering include multiple restaurants, a buffet, an entertainment venue and a wide variety of other gaming and entertainment choices. Coupled with the adjacent high-end retail offerings of The Summit Sierra, we believe our project will create a hub of community and economic activity that is not only consistent with the concepts set forth in the Truckee Meadows Regional Plan, but one that Northern Nevadans will be proud to have in their community. The Summit Sierra is located at the regionally dominant intersection of Highway 395 and Mount Rose Highway, an area where new housing and upscale developments are responding to high-velocity population and household income growth. The Summit Sierra is a retail destination in a 180-acre live-work-play-shop environment.
