Convention Center

Recently, the City of Reno Planning Commission unanimously approved our proposal for a 500-room resort hotel and casino that will be located across the street from the Reno-Sparks Convention Center on a vacant parcel of land (on the northwest corner of Virginia Street and Kietzke Lane). Upon completion, this project will include a 60,000 square foot casino, a five-story 1,195 space parking garage and a 500-room 17-story boutique hotel with several restaurants. We plan to begin construction on this project within the next five years.
